!! ATTENTION !! This cross section set should not be used in Boltzmann calculations because it does not include explicitly rotational cross sections (very important in H2O). Morgan used an analytical form for these cross sections - not yet implemented in BOLSIG+. See his 1990 paper (Morgan and Penetrante) for how to use the CAR parameters listed above to include rotational cross sections in H2O.
