Data Group [H2]: Transcribed from S.F. Biagi's FORTRAN code Magboltz, version 8.97, Oct 2012 assuming the rotational levels in the ground state are in thermal equilibrium at 300K, but neglecting superelastic collisions. Therefore calculations using these cross sections should be limited to E/N > 1 Td. We have not transcribed the H2 temperature dependent attachment cross section included in MagBoltz.
